It’s been a while since I’ve been to India and especially in the last year, immigration has become an issue. Recently, I wanted to enter India with my wife without having to go through all the hassle of applying for a tourist visa beforehand. We were planning on travelling rather than working there, so we figured it would be fine.

If you are looking for an Indian visa from Taiwan, you will first need to obtain a visa application form from the Taiwanese embassy or consulate in your home country. You will then need to complete the form and submit it with your passport-sized photo and other required documents. The visa processing time can vary depending on the embassy or consulate, but is generally relatively fast.
My Experience getting a Swiss Visa
Swiss visas are popular among Indian nationals because they are comparatively easier to obtain than Taiwanese visas. The process is relatively straightforward, and most Swiss embassies accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis. Indian nationals must provide a valid passport with at least six months left before the expiry date, as well as two recent photographs. Additionally, applicants must submit proof of income and sufficient funds to cover their stay in Switzerland. For Indians travelling on tourist visas, they are also required to carry a passport copy and proof of hotel reservations. Each application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and it can take up to four weeks for the embassy to issue a visa.
