The Turkish Embassy in Antigua Barbuda processes visas for citizens of both countries. The embassy can also help you get a tourist visa if that is all you need. However, if you plan on staying longer than 90 days in Turkey, you will need to apply for a residence permit from the Turkish government.
The Armenian Embassy in Turks and Caicos also processes visas for citizens of Antigua Barbuda. However, the embassy can only issue tourist visas. You will not be able to get a residence permit if you only want a tourist visa.
